Overview

The Dakota B5 / B7.5 rotary screw air compressor → delivers continuous air reliably, quietly and efficiently.

Ideal for automotive shops, such as 2 to 4-bay auto repair garages, as well as wood-working shops, hobby shops and a variety of other applications requiring a quiet, continuous and reliable supply of compressed air.

The Dakota rotary screw air compressor is powered by a premium-efficiency industrial motor and reliably delivers 18 to 27 SCFM of compressed air at 145 psi for continuous-use operation.

The Dakota is extremely quiet, clocking in at 63 and 66 dBa, making it ideal for shops where you do not have the luxury of a separate room to place your air compressor.

The Dakota's controls are easy to use, while the CSC200 controller works in the background to continuously and efficiently control and monitor the air compressor’s operation.

Its integrated air after cooler effectively cools air and enhances system efficiency.

The Dakota is also very easy to maintain with an annual maintenance taking approximately 30 minutes.

Configurations
Dakota B5 / B7.5

The Dakota B5 / B7.5 comes in 3 configurations:

• AirSystem comes tank-mounted with an 80 gallon air receiver, an ASD15 or ASD30 ProDry refrigerated air dryer, and 1-Micron pre-filter providing clean, dry air for spray painting and other sensitive jobs.
• Tank-Mounted comes tank-mounted with an 80 gallon air receiver.
• Base-Mounted Air compressor only.

Drive Technology
Fixed-Speed, Belt

The Dakota features fixed-speed, belt-drive technology, ideal for continuous-use applications with constant compressed air demand.

Demonstrating efficient power transmission from the motor to the airend, the fixed-speed, belt-drive system provides maximum flexibility in pressure selection and features a single-point belt-tensioning system.

Quiet Operation

The B5 / B7.5 is extremely quiet at 63 and 66 decibels, which is as quiet as a normal conversation, making it ideal for open shops, allowing you to work comfortably and safely with the air compressor right there with you in the shop.

It’s constructed with a solid steel base, frames and floor & powder-coated, heavy-gauge, acoustically-insulated steel cabinets & sound-absorbing foam barriers.

Note A normal conversation registers at approximately 70 decibels. The Apacheis extremely quiet and its low noise levels and small footprint makes it suitable for installs at the point of use where comfort and safety are a concern.

Intelligent, Simple Control
CSC50

The Dakota is easy to operate with the intelligent and simple-to-use CSC50 controller.

It effectively manages, monitors & maintains optimal operational parameters to ensure stable system pressure and reliable operation. It does this all automatically.

Optional remote start-stop capability allows for easy operation when the air compressor has been installed on a mezzanine or is difficult to see or access.

• Air Dryer and Filtration - ProDry ASD Standard temperature refrigerated air dryer & DF Series air filters.
• Zero-Loss Auto-Drain - Automatically drains moisture condensate from the air receiver.
• Ecotron - Condensate filtration solution that allows you to dispose of condensate safely down a normal city drain, making you compliant with municipal by-laws.

Warranty
5 Years

he Dakota is backed by a 5 year limited warranty at no additional cost. In order to be eligible for the extended warranty the unit must be registered online within 30 days of purchase, maintained properly according to the service manual with the use of only official DV Systems parts and maintenance kits.
