to updating the Roth Conference attendees on a very eventful 2003.
The year since we last participated in the annual Roth Capital Conference
has been marked by the launch of our subsidiary in India and the
first shipments of components for rewriteable/recordable DVD players
and automotive units, among other milestones. With an investment
of over $5 million in R & D during 2003, I feel that we are
positioning ourselves well to participate in the growing DVD market
