annual meeting of stockholders will be held at 2:00 p.m. PST on
Friday, December 19, 2003 at the offices of Burr, Pilger & Mayer
LLP, 600 California St., Suite 1300, San Francisco, California for
stockholders of record as of November 17, 2003. A proxy statement
describing the annual meeting business has been mailed to all eligible
stockholders.
