Digital Video Systems, Inc. (DVS/Nasdaq: DVID) announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission declared effective its registration statement on Form S-3. This registration statement covers the resale of 3,923,736 shares of restricted common stock of DVS and shares of common stock of DVS issuable upon the exercise of outstanding warrants held by existing stockholders.
